College Football Wreckage
Your crack team of spiritually broken college football analysts survived yet another week of wreckage. As usual, we picked our six games for Week 4 and fared much better than we have in the past. We’re trending in the right direction. Jump on the train before it catches fire!
I went 3-2 after I refused to pick the Auburn/Missouri game. I’m climbing back up to 50%. A few more positive weeks and you’ll be emailing me for more hot picks.
Nate stayed the course at 3-3. He continues to find value in middle-of-pack Power Five teams like Minnesota and Oregon State. These are the games you want folks. However, I will never forgive him for convincing me that the Hokies are good.
Here we are discussing his college football prowess on Saturday afternoon.
As you can see, life went well for Nate on Saturday. Thank god for the late games.

Best Plays
Nate:Â #6 USC at Oregon State (+6). Nate played Oregon State +6.
Final Score: USC 17 – Oregon State 14
USC’s stingy defense stifled the Beavers all game. The Beavers are a team that like to run the ball, control the clock, and open the defense up to the explosive play. Nate knew that Oregon State’s ability to pound the rock would ultimately keep the game within the six point spread. Great play.

Jack:Â Duke at Kansas (-7.5). Jack played Kansas -7.5
Final Score:Â Duke 27 – Kansas 35
Kansas QB Jalon Daniels completed 83% of his passes for 324 yards and 4 touchdowns in the fourth win for the Jayhawks. While the Blue Devils stayed in the game by testing a leaky Kansas defense, the Jayhawks held them to 27 points. I won the bet by the hook.

Worst Plays
Virginia Tech. Never play them again. This ruined our Friday night. I’m not even going to post the score. We’re off the Hokies for life.
