UFC Paris DFS Lineup
UFC PARIS DFS LINEUP – There are two mainstays to play DFS for MMA; DraftKings and FanDuel. Each has its own scoring rules and variations, but they are similar. Here are DraftKings’ scoring rules and FanDuel’s scoring rules. I will always list fighters I think should be selected as MVP at the top and will use DraftKings budget to model my projections.
MVP Pick
Volkan Oezdemir $8,600
Volkan Oezdemir has an experience advantage in this matchup with Bogdan Guskov. Guskov is making his UFC debut, and Oezdemir has been fighting top-10 contenders in the light heavyweight division.
Oezdemir is known for his power and quick finishes but has had a tough stretch in the last couple of years. This matchup is a perfect chance to right the ship and return to his winning ways.

Other Picks
Ange Loosa $8,800
Ange Loosa and Rhys McKee have two losses in the UFC. Loosa is the only one with a victory in the promotion in his last fight against AJ Fletcher. Both men absorb many significant strikes per minute, which explains why they struggle to win scorecards. Loosa has a better chance of being the victor in this matchup because he is a better athlete.
He also can to control McKee on the mat, but he may find the finish on the feet, too.
Ciryl Gane $8,700
Gane is in Paris and will have the full support of the crowd. He is also a violent fighter, lands many strikes, and accrues many points for a heavyweight.
If it goes to a decision, Gane will have landed more than 100 strikes or can end it quickly with his kicks and elbows. Spivac will try to take him down, but Gane’s grappling is underrated, and he should be able to get up if taken down.
Taylor Lapilus $8,600
Lapilus is making his UFC return against Caolan Loughran after there were some opponent switches. The short-notice nature of the fight should benefit Lapilus because he is the more experienced fighter.
Neither man has had time to train for a specific style, so whoever is able to adapt quicker has a better chance of winning the bout. Lapilus is 18-3 and has seen more quality fight time than Loughran, which should help him navigate this fight.
Thiago Moises $7,700
Benoit Saint-Denis is making waves in the lightweight division and is facing one of the better fighters in Thiago Moises. Saint-Denis will have the crowd behind him and the wrestling advantage over Moises. Moises is a better grappler but has only defended 60% of takedowns in the UFC.
Moises is dangerous off his back and can find a submission there, but he needs to take advantage of the aggression of Saint-Denis. He tends to walk forward while eating punches to land his offense, which has worked recently, but Moises can make him pay.
Rose Namajunas $7,300
Rose Namajunas is moving up to flyweight after losing her strawweight belt to Carla Esparza. She is facing Manon Fiorot, who is on a five-fight winning streak since joining the UFC.
Both women are primarily strikers, but do mix things up occasionally. Namajunas should have the speed advantage when standing, and is a top tier striker. In her best performances, she lands accurate, damaging strikes and makes it seem effortless. “Thug” Rose should be motivated after her last fight to get the victory in style.
