Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens beat the Commanders 30-23 at home last week. It was their fourth consecutive win after starting the season 0-2. Derrick Henry ran for 132 yards and two touchdowns, while Zay Flowers caught nine passes for 132 yards.
There are several players out for the Ravens. Wide receiver/returner Deonte Harty (knee), linebacker Malik Harrison (groin), and running back Rasheen Ali (ankle) did not practice this week and will not play. Defensive end Broderick Washington (knee) is doubtful after being limited all week.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers dominated the Saints last week 51-27. Chris Godwin caught 11 passes for 125 yards and two touchdowns. The offense tallied 594 total yards, with 277 on the ground.
Mike Evans (hamstring) was limited on Saturday but will likely suit up. Running back Rachaad White (foot) was a full participant on Saturday and should play. Defensive back Jamel Dean (hamstring) and tight end Payne Durham (calf) have been ruled out. Defensive tackle Vita Vea (hamstring) is questionable.
Baltimore Ravens vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Head-To-Head
The Buccaneers must limit the damage on the ground. The Ravens are the best team rushing team in the league, averaging 205.3 rushing yards per game. The Buccaneers are middle of the pack when defending the rush. They allow opponents 113.3 rushing yards per game. Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson should have room to navigate in this matchup. The Ravens should also be able to move the ball through the air. The Buccaneers allow 252.3 passing yards per game, so Baker Mayfield and the offense will likely have to keep up.
The Ravens are a pass-funnel defense. They defend the run better than anyone in the league but are not great against the pass. They allow 59 rushing yards per game and 275.7 passing yards per game. That is the second-most passing yards per game league-wide. Baker Mayfield averages 248.2 passing yards per game and has thrown 15 touchdowns this season. That is the most touchdowns in the league. Chris Godwin, Mike Evans, and Jalen McMillan should be busy all night and likely make this game close.
Prediction
Over/Under
The defenses are not the best, and both offenses match up well. Both offenses should be busy in this matchup and likely send it over. Over 50
Spread
The Ravens are really good, and they control the game. They average the fourth-most time of possession per game and will be able to run the ball, especially if Vita Vea does not play. The Buccaneers probably make it competitive, but the Ravens cover. Ravens -3.5
Player Prop
