NFL Fantasy Football Week Four Sleepers
NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK FOUR SLEEPERS – Â A player gets injured, or someone breaks out and earns more opportunities. These players can make or break your fantasy season. No one can predict the future, so drafting a perfect team is out of the question.
Depth never hurts, so it is best to evaluate your roster weekly. This article is a great place to look and will feature the best waiver wire additions each week. (Rostered Percentages from ESPN)

Quarterback
Jordan Love – 47.6% Rostered
The Packers erased a 17-point deficit in the fourth quarter against the Saints on Sunday.
Love made that comeback happen with his legs. He ran nine times for 39 yards and a touchdown. He threw for 259 yards, two TDs, and one interception and earned the opportunity to throw the ball more than 30 times.
Christian Watson and Aaron Jones could return this week in a good matchup with the Lions at Lambeau Field. The Lions allow 10.1 yards per completion and will have a short week to prepare, with the game on Thursday.
Love is a solid start for the next two weeks against Detroit and Las Vegas before the Packers’ bye week.
C.J. Stroud – 11.2% Rostered
Stroud was mentioned in this article last week but is worth mentioning again.
He was protected well for the first time this season in the Texans’ victory over the Jaguars. He did not get sacked after being sacked 11 times in his first two games and he completed 20 of 30 passes for 280 yards and two touchdowns. The Texans’ QB is forming a connection with Tank Dell, who is also on this list.
He will face the Steelers next week, who just allowed 324 yards to Jimmy Garoppolo. If Stroud can avoid turning the ball over, which he has thus far, he could put up good numbers against this secondary. He will be under more pressure but can get the ball out of his hands before the pass rush.
Running Back
De’Von Achane – 16.1% Rostered
The Dolphins offense exploded for 70 points against the Broncos on Sunday. Raheem Mostert and De’Von Achane scored four TDs each, almost unbelievable for fantasy.
He missed week one and only had a couple of touches in week two. Achane showed his play-making ability in week three.
He ran for 203 yards on 18 carries for an average of 11.3 yards per carry. Achane also caught four passes for 30 yards. He scored two touchdowns on the ground and through the air.
The stats will not be this crazy each week, but his usage should increase following this explosive game.
Ezekiel Elliott – 46.8% Rostered
Elliott was a player many people were dropping after his lack of usage through the first two weeks. The Patriots leaned on him this past week, however. He ran the ball 16 times for 80 yards in a rainy, sloppy game at MetLife Stadium.
He seems fully integrated into the offense and has a revenge opportunity against the Cowboys this week. The Patriots will travel to Dallas to face the Cowboys, who just allowed 222 rushing yards to the Cardinals.
Wide Receiver
Tank Dell – 23.3% Rostered
Dell should be the number one priority at the wide receiver position, but other players are available if Dell is not. Adam Thielen is owned in 54% of leagues on ESPN and is worth adding to your team if you need receiver help.
C.J. Stroud has looked Dell’s way early and often throughout the past two games. Dell received 10 targets last week and seven this week. He scored on a 68-yard pass to put him into breakout territory.
Stroud seems to have earned his coaches’ trust, which benefits Dell. Their chemistry should improve as the season progresses, which makes Dell a must-add this week, especially if you need help at receiver. The Texans have a solid matchup against the Steelers this week.
Quentin Johnston – 46.2% Rostered
Johnston is poised to see a bump in playing time due to injury. Mike Williams tore his ACL and is out for the season. Johnston is a similar player to Williams and could fill the void left by the injury.
Johnston is a large-body receiver that is a capable deep threat. Joshua Palmer’s usage should increase, but Johnston has a better chance to play his way into the role Mike Williams filled in this offense.
He has a great matchup against the struggling Raiders’ defense that could help him earn more opportunities.
Luke Musgrave – 13.3% Rostered
You should look for Sam LaPorta (63.6% rostered) in your league. He was left off this list because he is widely owned, but it is worth a check.
Musgrave was very close to logging a massive day. Jordan Love overthrew him down the middle of the field, and Musgrave likely missed out on a touchdown.
He still caught six passes for 49 yards on eight targets. Musgrave has been on the field a lot this season and is earning more touches. He could turn into a solid tight end for fantasy and is a solid start this week against the Lions.
