Sometimes, weird things happen, such as Hawai’i smashing what was an Air Force team that was unbeaten in the Mountain West. Hopefully, nothing weird happens with these games.
The Dawgs eviscerated the Rebels on Saturday, in a game that was not close after the second quarter. After amassing 180 yards of offense in the first quarter, Ole Miss couldn’t muster that many yards in the next three quarters combined. This was about as dominant of a performance that you’ll see, and the Dawgs did it against a top 10 team.
This team no longer surprises me. The Ravens’ inability to close out games in the fourth quarter has been a theme over the past few seasons. No other team delivers such flukey losses with such baffling consistency.
The Bengals are traveling to Baltimore to take on the Ravens, who have scored 30+ points in four consecutive games. Both teams had their four-game winning streak snapped last week and will look to bounce back on a short week. One has more significant injuries than the other, which may change the outcome of this game.
Can the Sixers get back into the win column or will the Cs extend their winning streak to four games? JT3 breaks down which team has the edge in the eastern conference showdown.
I mentioned Dobbs last week and finished as the QB3 this week. He has scored 25 fantasy points in three consecutive weeks and could get Justin Jefferson back soon. He plays the Broncos this week on Sunday night, which is a decent matchup.
I had Broncos @ Bills on upset alert, but I still rode with the Bills, unlike Josh Allen, who played as if he had bet his entire signing bonus on Denver. Seriously though, what has gotten into Allen this year?
The Baltimore Ravens dismantled a proud Browns defense in week four. There’s no doubt Myles Garrett and company will be gunning for revenge on Sunday.
Baltimore took over the top spot going into week nine, but after their absolute destruction of the Seahawks, they now have a chokehold on the number one spot. People are finally starting to catch on to Baltimore being an elite team this year. As a Lamar Jackson/Greg Roman truther, I’ve been banging this drum for weeks now.
