The Kings simply don’t have the talent that the Oilers do up top, which is why they’ve been a step behind throughout this series. And Edmonton knows that if it wins here, it can get in some much-needed rest before a likely meeting with Vancouver in the next round.
Then the young studs got there and absolutely shot the pads off the place so…I need to stay in my lane. Which of course is firmly entrenched on the sidelines talking golf. Ok, so who do we like this week?
The Stars came up big twice, but the Golden Knights aren’t out of this by a longshot. The Stanley Cup champions know what it takes to succeed at this level, and they’ve mostly played like it. Dallas stepped up nicely when it needed it, but can the Stars keep this going back in front of their fans?

This doesn’t feel like New York is set to get back in the series. Carolina has controlled all four games to date. The Hurricanes simply didn’t finish the job because of Seymon Varlamov. A hot goaltender can do a lot for a team, but overcoming a 3-0 deficit usually isn’t part of that.
Are the Stars back in this series, or was Game 3 more of an off-night for the Golden Knights? That’s the biggest question here, as Dallas seized control of Game 3 and held on for dear life, winning in overtime to at least get the series back to Texas for a fifth game.
