On Saturday, eighth-ranked Ryan Spann will fight sixth-ranked Nikita Krylov in the main event. The card will take place at the UFC Apex, with the main card beginning at 7 p.m. EST.
Jessica Andrade is filling in for Taila Santos on 10-day notice and will take on the up-and-coming prospect, Erin Blanchfield. Andrade just fought Lauren Murphy at UFC 283, which occurred less than one month ago, and won a decision after putting on a striking clinic.
The main event at UFC 284 could be the biggest fight of the year between lightweight champion, Islam Makhachev, and featherweight champion, Alexander Volkanovski.
